These Hosting Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer” or “You”) and DMV Technology Ltd, trading as Plexaweb (“Plexaweb,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). These Terms govern the use of Plexaweb’s hosting services, including shared hosting, VPS servers, dedicated servers, and colocation hosting (collectively referred to as “Hosting Services”). By using Plexaweb’s Hosting Services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Our General Terms and Conditions.
2.1. Refunds: Plexaweb offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for shared hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial order, you may request a refund, excluding any domain registration fees.
2.2. Cancellations: To cancel your Hosting Services, you must submit a cancellation request through your Plexaweb account. Cancellation requests should be made at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
Plexaweb strives for optimal uptime, offering a 99.9% uptime guarantee. In the event of unexpected downtime, Plexaweb will provide compensation according to our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
You agree not to use Plexaweb’s Hosting Services for the following purposes:
4.1. Illegal Activities: Hosting or promoting any content or activities that violate local, national, or international laws is strictly prohibited.
4.2. Gambling: Operating or promoting gambling-related websites or activities without proper licenses is prohibited.
4.3. Adult Content: Hosting adult content or explicit material is not allowed on Plexaweb’s servers.
Plexaweb reserves the right to adjust pricing for Hosting Services. Customers will be provided with at least 30 days’ notice of any price changes, and existing customers may continue their current plans at the original price for a specified grace period.
Plexaweb implements a Fair Usage Policy to ensure equitable resource allocation among customers. Excessive use of server resources may result in suspension or termination of your Hosting Services.
When a Hosting product advertises “unlimited” storage, data, or other resources, it is subject to reasonable usage. Plexaweb reserves the right to assess usage patterns and take appropriate actions if deemed excessive or harmful to other customers.
Plexaweb offers technical support for Hosting Services. Support is available through our designated channels, and response times may vary based on the level of support included with your plan.
Plexaweb’s liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of Hosting Services is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. We are not responsible for any loss of data or business interruption.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
